Licensing
agreements may be one of two types: Royalty Free
(RF) or Rights Managed (RM).
When
a Rights Managed image is licensed, one is buying
the right to use an image at a specific size, for a specific kind
of media and with a specific distribution, for a given period of time.
You may also want to negotiate terms of exclusivity that will further
restrict the circulation of this image. Please contact Starkphoto.com
if this is the case. These restrictions serve to reduce the exposure

Royalty
Free images on the other hand have few restrictions placed
upon them. When purchased, a Royalty Free image is yours to use (with
minimal terms and conditions) as frequently as you like in as many
different applications as needed, for as long as you like. Please
